Preparing an enquiry

The enquiry tool prepares an email in your browser. It does not submit your message to Beat-Bridge or save it in a website database. Choosing “Open email app” passes the draft to your email application. You can review, edit or discard it before sending. Choosing “Copy email text” copies the draft to your device’s clipboard.

When you send an email

If you send your enquiry, the recipient receives your email address and anything you include. Email is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email provider. Only include what is needed for your enquiry; avoid sensitive personal information. Contact the team if you have a question about access to or deletion of information you have sent.

Hosting and external links

The website host may process technical information such as your IP address and request logs to serve and protect the site. This version does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Social links take you to external platforms, which have their own privacy practices. They are links, not embedded social feeds.

Younger participants

Parents and carers can contact the team to discuss suitable activities and participation arrangements. Do not include a child’s private details in an initial enquiry.
